BeanE - in the OCSO interview, GA told the detective that the car chase with KC was possibly around the 16th (June). So, in the FBI interview he is giving a different timeframe?
In your theory - IMO, CA deliberately left off the car theft/chase story. GA asked Yuri (I believe) if CA had told them about KC taking CA's car. He seemed, IMO, a little uncomfortable at that time because then he had no choice but to tell what happened.
As for leaving the ladder up and the gate open, GA said that it was later in the day cause CA had already come home from work. So it would be after 5:30pm; just not sure what date.
I've been doing more listening to interviews and reading more since my earlier post trying to track down some of this stuff. In OCSO's interview of Cindy, Yuri thinks it's the 25th that Casey borrowed Cindy's car.
I just don't know. How could it be the 25th with the decomp smell?
epass records support George's car making the chase on the 29th. That would mean that Casey would have to have gotten her car from Amscot on the 29th, brought it home, done the borrowing, then take her car back to Amscot. Possible but improbable. Then you have to ask why Casey would do that. Did she somehow manage to take Caylee's poor little body from her car, put it in Cindy's, then take off to dispose of Caylee's body? Possible but improbable. Was Caylee's body already at her final resting place, and Casey used Cindy's car on the 29th to go back and maybe bury it more deeply? To try to burn it?
A much earlier date, 16th, 17th, or 18th seems more viable to borrow Cindy's car, but not for George to chase her. George wouldn't have reason to be suspicious of what was going on that early. Or would he?
Maybe George is deliberately combining 2 incidents (borrowing Cindy's car and chasing Casey) into 1 incident. I can think of reasons for him to do that. He's protective of Cindy. He tries to save her from herself.
