Just looked it up. It is a REAL word! =)
It has not been said definitively that it she was texting with her boyfriend this whole time. It was said she was texting with a friend, and it has been said she sent him the heart, but I don't remember seeing anything verifying she was talking with him the whole time.

I think the Bristol is in CT
wasn't her phone pink, though? this rumor is really taking off, been reported in several places from what i have read. i just hope that this isn't a false lead.
Nope Maine! lol
Rabbit....I was wondering about that 7pmish ping. Do we know if the ping was incoming or outgoing?
nope. and IIRC they never said 'ping'. they backpeddled so quickly we're not sure what it was. JY said reports of the "call" were "inaccurate".
which tells me there was communication made, in whatever manner, at 6:30 with her cell phone. no idea to whom, from whom, nor where.
let's have a group hug/head bang. :giggle: :banghead:
I was wondering if she did make it home and her phone was leftthere. When her mom got hime she tried calling only to hear it ring in the house. That sent her into panic mode.
I do not believe so because LE specifically asked for businesses/people to be on the lookout for her phone (but they never mentioned her bag, oddly).
Nope Maine! lol
i agree, but on 10/15 at 5:18 during this news conference, when asked if her phone is missing, JY says "i'm not going to comment on that".
??? why wouldn't a simple "yes" or "no" suffice?

then the next day, 10/16, this is reported:
http://www.bostonglobe.com/metro/20...whereabouts/RjtyexWUPCCzR5nQaZYFbI/story.html
"Authorities are looking for Hernandezs cellphone a white iPhone 5 in a pink and gray case. Specifically, they are asking businesses to check their lost-and-found holds to see if the phone might have been unclaimed, said Jane Young, associate New Hampshire attorney general."
know what i think? they want to prove that what's been told to them about the last set of texts is the truth. they need that phone. and didn't initially want to admit they didn't have it nor the text thread. same goes for the 6:30 call. she said (paraphrased) that information was inaccurate but asked the public for help with regards to that call. if there was no 6:30 call, she wouldn't have asked for info on the call because it didn't exist.
any friend that had texted her on tuesday, wednesday, et cetera, could have simply told LE that they deleted the threads. kwim?
Is the actual phone the only source of the text for LE? Can't they obtain the content of the texts from the phone company?
