You are right! Only JC has said it was to his son and heart, but I'm not finding any confirmation by LE. The timeline merely says AH sent her last text msg to a friend at 2:53pm. Wow. Just goes to show that when things may not be correct it can change the whole thing. Maybe there was another text beyond the text to JCjr.

AH's mother said she had a cleaning on job on Mondays (didn't know it was only one day a week on mondays!)

From the FBI timeline

2:23pm – 2:53pm: A series of text messages exchanged between Abigail and a friend/classmate

2:53pm: Last text sent by Abigail to same friend

BBM - IIRC LE has not confirmed who this friend/classmate was. I assume it was JCjnr but we have only heard from JC that he received the last txt at around 2.52pm and it was a <3

I have been saying all along that I thought the heart information came from JDC. I have never read that LE took a look at JCjr's cell phone.

Yup, wow. Talk about a simple thing making a huge change. We've all just taken for fact that AH's last text was to JCjr. Now it makes me wonder if that was the last person she sent the text to. I hadn't read you had said that, wish I had!

Sounds good. When it gets touchy is when there's conflicting facts, and maybe it's like this is every missing case.

<snipped by me respectfully>

I just want to not only say thank you very much for your post, but also to tell you that you did an outstanding job on it. It is much appreciated, and really helps. I have to admit, I was confused on some of those things as to which was a fact and which was in a different category, such as the time she called the cops. So, thank you very much from the bottom of my heart for doing all this hard work!

Zh is still a coowner of a home in NH. Not sure if she is listed on anything out of state.

Do you have a source for that? I can add that to list as a fact under the things we've sleuthed.

I have to share this thanks with Steleheart. She made some terrific points and got me to really go back through the archived posts and re-read them and I could see what she was talking about. Things had gotten so muddied because of changes in facts, rumors and suppositions that we were running the risk of jumping the tracks entirely. She made me wonder where I had heard things and question my suppositions and had she not pointed it out, we wouldn't be rehashing the case with clear eyes. So thank you Steleheart. :)

Most healthcare facilities that I know of have shifts 7-3, 3-11 and 11-7am. If she worked the first shift of 7am - 3pm perhaps she didn't get home till around 7pm as she could of been trying to contact by phone and by car.

Glad you brought this one up, as I could have sworn it said somewhere that she was texting a friend while walking, not her boyfriend. There is a difference, unless LE knows that Abby and Jimmy truly did break up and that he was considered her friend when she disappeared and not her boyfriend? Wouldn't ZH point that out, though, if that were the case?

Also, I could have sworn that she texted with a female friend before she disappeared.

I, too, have questioned the heart text in my mind, because as others have said, it was the father, and not LE, that said that was the last text his son got. LE never did confirm that that I can see.

30 minutes of texting to one person...I believe it's a female.

I believe her texting was to the bf and no one else. JDC claimed that Abby was is his son's girlfriend.

Most towns only update their tax information once a year, typically in April or whenever their year begins/ends. Regardless, this has nothing to do with the mortgage itself, who pays the bill, whether they are or are not still legally married. It just means that at one time Z's name was on the deed as is the case for most married couples.

I want to add, I know a lot of people who go years and years before having a legal divorce document recorded. It can be a very long and very miserable process.

I for one would love to talk to the bus driver.

In a lot of divorces there are restraining orders in place. Also in separations.

Abby was at the Fryeburg fair Sunday, and Wednesday she is gone. I wonder what was going on Monday and Tuesday of that week.

They update it every 6 months. And I'm sure the divorce isn't final or they agreed to some sort of arrangement with it. Just showing that she still technically owns a property.

Texting: can't find the source, but wasn't it said that JC watched her walk away from the bus texting? Makes me think it wasn't to him if he was watching her. Wouldn't he be looking down if it were him?
