I know this may be a bit crazy this is merely a thought nothing more nothing less, But with all the fathers secrecy & this just bieng a wierd of the wall case as we get into it further, maybe her dissapearance is a smoke screen with something that may have bieng going on maybe they felt she was in some type of danger maybe something to do with why the father is so secret? maybe she is really not missing and this was all set up to protect her by LE? I dunno crazier things have happened right?

2:23pm – 2:53pm: A series of text messages exchanged between Abigail and a friend/classmate

2:53pm: Last text sent by Abigail to same friend

BBM - IIRC LE has not confirmed who this friend/classmate was. I assume it was JCjnr but we have only heard from JC that he received the last txt at around 2.52pm and it was a <3

And that's the thing, we all assumed it was JCjr because JC claimed his son received a text at 2:52pm and it was a heart. But the FBI just said a friend.

Abby was at the Fryeburg fair Sunday, and Wednesday she is gone. I wonder what was going on Monday and Tuesday of that week.

Again, that would be under rumor. JC said it but I'm not sure LE, ZH or anyone confirmed that information.

he only real hard facts supported by LE and MSM and have remained steadfast that we have in this case are:

AH went missing on October 9th
ZH is her mom
SH is her older sister
RH is her dad
ZH called the police at 7:17pm
AH's last text was to a friend (we don't know exactly when that text was sent since there are conflicting reports, but it was either 2:52 or 2:53pm on 10/9)
AH's cellphone pinged West of Cranmore Mtn. at 3:07pm on 10/9
On the walk home, friend DF saw her.

Searches included - Pudding Pond, a quarry, Saco River, behind Walmart, power lines, Middle School lot, AH's "usual walk home"
Home residence is 86 Village Way and was initially taped off
AH is a freshman at Kennet HS
AH is 15 years old
AH has a white IPhone with a pink/grey otterbox covering
AH had a cleaning job on mondays

Conflicting reports:
She may have made it home, she may not. At first LE thought she did, now they believe she didn't.
There were several uncofirmed sightings on n/s road between 2:30pm and 3:30pm.
Fish and Game claimed there was phone activity at 6:30pm, LE claims there wasn't.
Shey may have been wearing a grey sweatshirt, a black sweater with yellow flecks, or a striped grey and black sweater.
She was wearing either black or brown boots.
The friend who saw her on the walk home either saw her take a right of eastman road or eagles way onto a dirt road or path (both have been said at one time or another, one could assume it's just a mistake in names given the closeness in pronunciation of eastman vs eagle).
Some kind of surveillance video helped LE make a timeline
A letter was written to AH and the claimant is RH. Mom feels it is RH, FBI won't confirm.
Mom claims RH doesn't live in state, MSM is reporting that RH does have a residence in state.
Early claims in MSM stated AH had a bf and an "older boy" she had recently met online, but we've not heard anything since initial reports on this.
AH is missing, abduction has not been ruled out parents letters seem to indicate a run away.
Some news agencies have reported that AH is a "raven haired track star" but ZH says AH is not involved in any running groups.
AH routinely walked home (LE) or AH routinely rode bus home and walked that day (ZH)
Some sites list AH as abducted, some as kidnapped, some as run away.Someone suggested it's just how they put the posters online, but it's open to individual interpretation.
AH may or may not have her phone and as I noted above a reporter earlier claimed LE "found nothing sinister on her phone". So make your own mind up on that one.


The rumors:
AH was seen with two people in Errol, NH (rumor via MHFAH fb)
AH was seen on Kancamagus Highway (rumor via MHFAH fb and MSM)
Mom arrived home at 7pm (rumor via Michael Board from WOAI on the NG show)
AH was seen entering a car (rumor via NG)
AH worked at Cranmore resort (can't remember how that rumor took hold)
JC claims his son, AH's bf, received the last text and the content was a heart (stated by JC in several news articles)
ZH's previous residences were rentals (not sure where the rumor started from)
AH went to Fryeburg Fair on Saturday with JCjr and JC (rumor from JC)

The obvious mistakes:
NG reported AH was a cheerleader, and she isn't
Some people thought AH was related to Aaron Hernandez, and she isn't.

Things we all agree are true from various places and individual sleuthing:
RH has residences in both TX and NH
JC is JCjr's dad and has a towing company
SH was on the HS track team
ZH is in an organized running group
Paul Kirsch runs both the Bringabbyhome website and another fb site and, although it's my opinion, I'm sure we all agree he has changed the way future families will handle missing children by his tireless efforts. I hope missing cards, magnetized signs and hashtags on social media are utilized in other missing children's cases and it was sheer genius to come up with the ideas. Given the inability to do an Amber Alert, these ideas had the same effect.
ZH has lived at several residences
ZH is still co-owner on a property in Jackson

I know there are other things that have been sleuthed, but I can't recall them right now. Let me know if there's anything I left out or put in the wrong list.

Honestly, I do not find this case to be more secretive or with less info known than most cases I have followed, and that includes probably hundreds. If there is nothing much to be known, there won't be much coming out, IMO. Most fifteen-year olds don't have much of a past, or have scandals, etc. to be hidden. There is just not much to say. She vanished, no one saw anything. Not unusual, as she either made sure of that, or someone else did.

At least now we can make some educated guesses and know up front whether what we're using to support our guess is a fact, conflicting info, rumor or something we got from sleuthing because it's the details that make the difference. Fact is, this girl is still missing. Chances are pretty good if she was abducted it was by someone she knew, however she may have run away. We all have theories about what happened. I'm on the teeter totter. I have thought on the one hand she was abducted, however I had to also respect her mother's feelings that for whatever reason she got into someone's car. I can respect, whether she was running away or just going for a trip for coffee, the theory that she entered a car with someone she knew. Statistically speaking that's how it works. If that is the case, statistically speaking it would be someone she trusted and would be the last person people would suspect. I had thought early on, if this were the case, it might be a classmate, but her friends wouldn't be old enough to drive. Statistically speaking, the perp usually inserts themselves into the case, goes on searches, hangs out with the LE working the case, etc. It's why they put undercover cops at funerals and vigils, because the perp tends to go to all these things. If somebody fixated on this girl, if she was abducted, a fixation takes time. How it could have happened and when it happened and who is all opinion because we don't know, but knowing the facts certainly makes it more clear for me who would be the most likely one to have taken her, if you believe that she was abducted. For me, the facts solidify theories, so for that it's helpful for all!
That all being said, and I know this won't be a popular opinion, I don't believe she was abducted, I don't believe she ran away either. I still think something in that house made Mom react and made the police act quickly and strongly. It also appeared they were looking for a body rather than a live person at the beginning, in my opinion. The only thing that makes sense, to me, is a suicide note. It's been a sick feeling I've had from the beginning. It explains the endangered missing, but no danger to the public. It explains what looks like resignation to me whenever the Mom goes in front of the camera. And it, in my opinion, explains Mom begging AH to come home. In the absence of finding a body, the hope is that AH didn't follow through and is hiding out close by while she figures things out and maybe Mom can reason with her, talk her down off the cliff, again just opinion. I don't know any of this to be fact, haven't heard it rumored, don't have any reason to suspect she's depressed it's just a gut instinct. Personally I hope I'm wrong, and I hope she's just out on an adventure. After reading all the facts, reviewing the press conferences and re-reading every article posted on all the pages, this is my theory.

On iPhone it is called Find My iPhone and works through the cloud. It does look loke it needs to be activated by the phone user.

I've always thought there was some kind of phone activity at 6:30pm. Thing is, attorneys choose words very carefully, and JY said "there was no phone call", she didn't say there was no phone activity. Attorneys are like bad boyfriends, they don't outright lie, they just don't tell the whole story at times so you have listen to exactly what they say and not make any assumptions. There was no phone call, that doesn't mean there was no text, no phone activity, no ping. It simply means that AH did not make a phone call from her cellphone at 6:30pm. Until LE says there was absolutely no cellphone activity whatsoever after 2:53pm, I'm going to believe that there was cellphone activity at 6:30pm. If cellphones send out a flare like that, it would stand to reason that at least the cellphone is out there somewhere. Don't know what the "cone" area is for that tower, but hopefully that phone will be found. Although, I've never understood why they need it. They know when the last text was and that it was to a friend, so they must know what the content of the texts was. Why need the phone?

I've had a feeling since early on that dunkin donuts was relevant, the hoohah over the receipt got my mind whirling. Just looking at the map again. Theory - someone who lives/works in the area of cranmore resort and frequents dunkin donuts often to see abby walking home on a regular basis. There is 2 RSO's in close proximity to the resort.

ETA: Just MOO and thoughts, I'm sure LE have checked out RSO's

This is getting so heartbreakingly frustrating. I check back and pray for Abby every day. It's getting harder to remain optimistic that the reason for the radio silence is investigation integrity&#8212;ie, they're moving in on what happened and will make one big announcement about it soon.

I'm nowhere WS veteran status as some of you, but I can't think of any case that offered so little to go on for so long. Even with the notoriously cold cases like Holly B. and Lauren S. there were known players and likely scenarios from the get go. Can you think of any?

If the phone was destroyed within that hypothesized timeframe, and LE haven't been able to find it in a calculated radius (Pudding Pond, etc), would that mean Abby or the perp held on to it after that point, barring expert level concealment? Is the consensus here that simply powering off the phone wouldn't have been enough?

Oh no. I had to look up the location. It's an hour and 47 minutes away, and very close to the NH shore. I have a feeling this isn't going to be foul play, based on what's been said throughout Lizzy's case about the cliffs and water in that area and how ideal they are for "making someone disappear."
