LE have been taking all steps to ensure it was real. Also withheld as only tangible lead but as of now has not led to anything.

Why so much for a runaway? Imagine this was your child. She is a child. Has no income. No further contact. Is not alone and has either a friend or foe with her. Will continue to search.

Worst fear now is that she may have been able to leave but now she cannot.
