For some reason I can't pin down I'm thinking that this child was abducted from her home at night. By a stranger. Or at least not an adult that she knew well... Is it the FBI CARD unit who is working this case ? Hope she is found soon. MOO
Stupid question, but in cases where they really do suspect a random stranger abduction do they typically tape off the house and usher the parents out under blankets?
Wow, when was this child actually last seen?
They are saying Monday night at 9pm July 25th in the home. When the step father went to wake her in the morning she was gone.
Not sure if this has been posted yet..

From your article:
"At midday Wednesday, about a mile north of town, five Fish and Game Department officers searched the woods behind an apartment. They carried bags and boxes, but it was unclear if they collected anything."
Did she visit someone in that apartment building?
Police have said that there's no indication she ran away or that someone took her, and there are no signs of a struggle.
Celina's disappearance did not meet the criteria for an Amber Alert and wasn't considered suspicious, state police Sgt. Sheldon Belanger said.

If they have reason to believe the perp was inside the house, I would think they would want to tape off the house. (Abducted from her bedroom.....Elizabeth Smart)
However, I don't understand the parents being ushered out under blankets.
Right but in a post above, LE is asking about Sunday as well...
Looking at the photo, gives a whole different perspective of the parents being "ushered under blankets". It's not what I imagined. They're showing their faces and seem quite distraught. Mom could be in shock.
