Even if townspeople believe that Celina's death was caused by someone within her family circle, a person who could kill an 11-year old child is someone everyone should fear, until they are locked up, IMO.

I just feel like LE should have been able to obtain enough evidence with poor Celina's body, full access to her home, access to vehicles, 1/4 mile crime scene area and at least 6 other adults, plus a 13 yr. old who lived or stayed there. Surely ONE of them could account for what Celina did the days preceeding that Monday and what was going on after. They (LE) said they have interviewed everyone. Makes no sense to me why they are having trouble making the "pieces fit."

Maybe the evidence is not taking them back to Celina's home and/or family. It is entirely something else happened.

I hope LE is paying close attention to the information on Celina's facebook.

It appears LE has reached the proverbial "dead end". Perhaps something did happen to her inside the house, which is masked by the fact that she and the perp(s) lived there, i.e. no foreign DNA, fingerprints, etc. Or it could be she did go outside the house to meet with someone who is still unknown to LE, and was taken from outside the house which wouldn't leave any evidence there either. I honestly believed at the onset, if the step-father had no involvement, that the computer would yield some clues. Now, not as much so.

I almost think LE has a specific tip in mind that they keep asking for. Something maybe hearse but they cant take it to court ,which would get an indictment but I dont think this will be going into indictment on issues that cant go to court.

I dunno what kind of specific tip ,but I suspect thats why the apeal to the public is being made,because they know someone else has information and they want it. IMO.

I don't believe the toxicology reports are back yet from the laboratory in Pennsylvania.....

He may have information that could change the direction of the case or he may be the direction of the case but without being available to "help " move the case then evidence which is inconsistent or consistent with him may need to be matched to what he could or may say. Might be risky to charge him without farther questioning if the evidence is DNA and testimony because he lived in the house. The case might not be as solid as they like due to him not coorperating. Part of what he says is evidence and they will want as much as they can get ,without any statement from him they have to rely on forensics and he lived there so they imo would want a bit more for an arrest.

Even if he isnt the suspect, his help would be important and could be considered evidence. IMO I do not think any charges will come to anyone until he is coorperative. Or arrested.

As one of the other folks who posts here had to say after she did just that "holy moly!"

I have no idea where you live, or if you've ever spent time in the North Country (part of the Great North Woods) of New Hampshire (the state motto is "Live Free or Die"), but I lived there for 11 years, and rest assured that folks in the North Country WILL both seek and find justice for CC's untimely, unfortunate demise: CC is one of their own, she is not a "flatlander."

Oh I have a hunch that the tox results have nothing to do with proving how she died. I think the tox results simply are required to issue a complete autopsy report. And Ms Young also stated they were waiting on further investigation results... to me, she's using fancy concepts to simply say we aren't ready to make our arrest yet.
And I do think she will make one, when she's ready.

I am very well aware of the KD case and the AG's seemingly bag of magic tricks...but if they can't prove how she died, they can't prove how she died...not even a great AG can do that. What she may be able to do is obtain a confession from someone, however.
