I do not mean to be harsh but the body must be weighted down! If so that's murder for sure!

I could be so wrong but I have wanted to say that for days. I don't know why but it was what I was thinking, that or she was buried.
I think we can be pretty sure it is Celina.

I have loaded this feed in case I am not able to view the presser (whenever they have it) It is the feed from a 24 hour news radio out of Boston. My guess is that they will carry the live feed, since this is the radio CBS affiliate in Boston (CBS out of Boston is the station that broke the news that her body was found)

I think, on top of all the other reasons this is likely Celina, another to add is if they can identify gender, it's not a body that has been there very long.

Wow, I know they keep calling it "flopping" but for goodness sake to me it looks like he gets down on his knees and then quite gingerly places himself on the ground. It's all way to delicate looking in my opinion. Almost like it's in slow motion.

Maybe the body was in the woods NEAR the dam. Lots of brush and growth there. If true, I would think there might be more evidence available (as opposed to being in the water). Not sure.
