Maybe the body was in the woods NEAR the dam. Lots of brush and growth there. If true, I would think there might be more evidence available (as opposed to being in the water). Not sure.

In one of the video's I watched it was said and showed the buoy that the divers released to mark the spot right below the edge of the bridge so I suspect it is in the water.

I think they can arrest them, but I think they would have to be stable to be questioned and delclared competant (sp?) to stand trial.

one of the CC missing FB pages, someone said something <rumor> that he was arrested but taken in an ambulance for his 'safety'...whether that is true of not I don't know...or if that would be a procedure LE would use

I don't think it is necessarily that they couldn't, but rather they are notifying family and getting the certain identification before announcing to the media and public that it is Celina who has been found.

I think they mean 'formally' identify. By a medical examiner, dental records, family member. All the I's dotted and T's crossed. My opinion only.

They probably are 99.999 percent sure.

So sad..... I am betting WM finally cracked and told them where the body was. Even though I am not surprised, I am saddedned beyond belief. I don't think I will ever get used to the way it feels to have hope pulled out from under your feet. I want justice for Celina now..... Hugs to all of you here at WS's.

I'm sure he hopes they can't!

One thing they need to do is get in that house and collect all his medicines to make sure he has been taking his medicine if he has any.
