Well it is pretty clear to me that LE believes someone from within the home killed Celina. They seem to be concentrating their efforts on the home and vehicles. Would be nice to know exactly who lived in the home on a regular basis, vs. who was staying there that night or in and out in recent weeks and months.

I still do not believe any LE told Mom not to talk to media. MAYBE they told her she did not have to talk to media. I just don't believe this is something LE would say.

possibly sounds to me that they have not found or identified the vehicle used to transport her yet.

Totally out on a limb here, but what if Celina WAS out for a walk, "someone" realizes she's out way too late and goes looking. Rounding a bend they hit her and panic. Toss her in the conveniently located river and head back home.

Maybe they are looking for evidence ON a vehicle and not IN one.

I think I read that Cass is the mothers maiden name? If true why does older sister use fathers last name and Celina used Cass?

Hi there, I haven't seen shoes comments. If she did in fact go to bed, I wouldn't think she had shoes on. did they say shoes missing? I suspect she was unclothed tho, jmo

I think this about an upstaris apt got lost in the shuffle.
So there was the southside 3 story unit of the family, another unit apparently empty, to the northside? and then an apt upstairs, with at least a couple occupying it

IDK....don't most kid's favor a certain pair of shoes? There are so many things I want to point out right now but will refrain. I could give an accurate description of what my child was wearing at any given time. Maybe it's just me, but wouldn't a parent be a little more involved/aware of what their 11yo wears on a daily basis?
Everyone is different, but in my household, pajama's are worn to bed. Had she changed into her PJ's?? Was she allowed to stay up after her parent's went to bed or did they tuck her into bed before they retired for the evening... 11 is pretty young to be staying up after the parents go to bed. I always peeked in on my kiddo's first thing in the morning, does anyone else do this?

There is a tall w/ large build guy, baseball cammo cap on, standing next to
Adam Laro (CC's bio dad) when he gave his first comments to the media.

It was outside the command post and JY stood on the other side of him.
He was also seen standing at one of the vigils, in one of the news videos.

Do we know who that guy is?

I do know that it is NOT Adam jr nor Nick Noyes

I hear ya kathy. I have a 15 month old, so I cannot say, but I have friends with older children. I have a friend that has a 5 year old that dresses himself, gets on the bus in the morning and everything and I dont think she checks on him at night. Most of my friends dont, not for older kids. people assume they are safe in their beds. By the time they are 11 most parents are in bed and the kid is up on teh computer, watching tv, or playing video games very late during the summer months.

"Relatives of Celina Cass are thankful for support they’ve received over the last week and say the girl’s mother hasn’t addressed the media because she was told by the FBI not to. This same community has searched and cried and mourned over the last week."

Also, total rumor on facebook, one of Celina's friend went off on someone else because she said the FBI had said that they were to say no more than description of Celina, that they want her back and "No comment."

I think that they have been suspicious that it was someone in town from the beginning and rather than have people commenting on that, the just told them to say nothing.

ETA: If the people commenting on news stories are from town like they say they are, which my not be the case, there are some loose lips there!

Also, to answer your last question, in an interview with Adam Laro, Celina's father on NG, he stated that he and Louisa Noyes had been separated, since KL was 3 years old. Deborah Norville, as I recall, said something to the effect of "so since Celina was an infant?" And he concurred somewhat.

I am guessing that they were actually separated before Celina was born or around that time and Louisa put Cass as Celina's last name on the BC, instead of Laro.

we're ALL confused, trust me!!

so far:
AL Jr (no info on step vs half)
NN step
KM no blood though could be identical twin
KL full sister

Mother was married to AL, had KL, then CC. Mother and AL divorced when CC was an infant. Which is probably why she has the Cass last name, though it is odd.
Mother then involved with father of KM. KM becomes "like a brother"

I thought that it was Adam Jr. Why do you say that you know it is not? I was only assuming, but thought it was him. He was also sitting next to AL at an interview with his family.
