This doesn't bode well: "we never saw this little boy". She had had him since May 2020 and no one saw him playing outside? I hope they find some trace of him.
Any time the neighbors say "we never saw their kids" or "we never knew they had kids" is almost always a precursor for a bad outcome. I really hope this time is different, but I am not holding my breath.

We see that reoccurring theme over and over. I just don't get it, why not give him to another family member? She didn't have a problem giving the other three up?
I hope she never procreates or has custody of children again in her life. I'm sick of this crap

Mom of New Hampshire boy missing for six months arrested

Everybody in the neighborhood has been doing all they can to try to help with this," a neighbor told the station. He said when investigators asked about the boy, he told them he had last seen him a year ago, and was concerned.

"He was a very, very thin kid. He looked a little. My first thought was, 'I got to make this kid a sandwich.' He was really thin. You just wanted to feed him," the neighbor said.

Mother, Man Arrested In Investigation Into Missing New Hampshire 5-Year-Old Elijah Lewis

“There’s an abandoned house on the other side,” said a neighbor, pointing to the woods. “Then there’s a camp out in back of that with some cabins and stuff.” He said neighbors never saw the boy. “We never saw this little boy, and several of us are just aghast that there was a five-year-old living there,” he said.

I believe that the camp was used this summer (its run by the YMCA) so I would be surprised if they find anything there. This area has a nice park with woods and a lake, that I have brought my son to for fishing. Its normally a pretty active place in the summer.

Edited: Actually the house has 2 different camps across from it... one is run by the Town and was very active this summer. The other is run by the YMCA. If they find anything, my speculation is it will be at the island. :(

so this link says the dad shipped him off to her May 2020. he was last seen May 2021. Poor little guy it seems like no one wanted him :(
Cases like this make my blood boil. There are SO many people who want kids who are unable to become parents for whatever reason that would HAPPILY take kids like Elijah and give them amazing lives. Some people just clearly shouldn't be parents if they don't want to step up and take care of their kid(s).

Aside from the article you posted, is there anything else that explains why dad sent him to NH?

I haven't seen anything, but sending him from AZ to NH in the middle of lockdown really doesn't make me think highly of bio dad.

This little boy has captured my heart. His dimples...

Why oh why couldn't she have given him to family? Why do women think moving on with someone else is more important than their child?

I sincerely hope the signs are all wrong and little Eli is okay. Please oh please let him be safe somewhere.

The posts on FB make me sick! Why doesn't she acknowledge she has another child too??? Huge red flags!

IIRC I read somewhere that the father sent him back to mom because of some behavioral issues. I am trying to remember where I read that!

well I guess that being missing for about 30 days would normally be a disaster but it's a lot better than six months.... Maybe a little hope here.
