Authorities have announced the missing 5-year-old Merrimack boy at the center of a search
was last seen at his home within the last 30 days.
Officials had been saying that no one had seen Elijah Lewis in the last six months.
State police returned to the scene in Merrimack on Tuesday afternoon.
The boy’s mother, Danielle Dauphinais, and another man, Joseph Stapf, will appear in New Hampshire court tomorrow on charges of child endangerment witness tampering related to Elijah’s disappearance.
Sources told News 9 Stapf was transported by ambulance to a hospital in Manchester on Tuesday afternoon. They said he suffered a medical incident while being booked on charges at the Merrimack Police Department just after 3 p.m.
