Tuesday at 2:50 p,m. Merrimack Fire Rescue was dispatched for a medical call in the booking area of Merrimack Police Station. Upon their arrival, firefighters and medics entered the building, and a short time later brought a stretcher out with a man and put him in the waiting ambulance where an officer entered the ambulance with the medics. The ambulance was followed by a lieutenant of NH State Police Major Crime, and a Merrimack police cruiser, and the man was transported to a local hospital for medical treatment. Several people identified the man as Stapf, however, NH Assistant Attorney General Ben Agati said he could not confirm at this time.

Throughout the day several agencies worked in the area of Sunset Drive. New Hampshire State Police, Fish, and Game used K-9s to search a large wooded area near a YWCA Camp on Camp Sargent Road. K-9 officers also worked in the woods at the end of Ingham Road.

New Hampshire Fish And Game Dive Team searched several areas of Naticook Lake. A Fish and Game Conservation Officer used a kayak to search several areas of shoreline on Naticook Lake and around Blueberry Island.

New Hampshire State Police Major Crime truck and investigators arrived at 7 Sunset Ave in the afternoon. Several items were removed from inside and outside of the house and placed in the Major Crime truck.

Dawn Avenue and parts of Sunset Avenue continue to be cordoned off with crime scene tape, and Merrimack police officers have remained to provide around-the-clock scene security. Residents in the area are escorted to and from their houses by police officers.

well I guess that being missing for about 30 days would normally be a disaster but it's a lot better than six months.... Maybe a little hope here.
Seriously. Where is Eli?

Anyone else watch the live arraignment?

I had a conference call just as DD was arraigned so didn't hear any of it.

JS pleaded not guilty and waived the formal arraignment at this time. He will be held without bail.

Family Friend: Mother Of Missing NH Boy Elijah Lewis Said He Was Going To Live With Family In California

“From what I know this all started due to complications with the new baby that Danielle had within the last two weeks,” said MJ. “We’re told there was a DCYF case that had opened due to the baby being dropped off at the hospital. At this time they had showed up to the house and asked to check on her youngest daughter and Elijah and Elijah was not at the home.”
[BBM]

You can see MJ being interviewed in the video. She has known Danielle Dauphinais since she was very young and said that she is like a sister. MJ is also the biological aunt to Dauphinais’s oldest son.

She also said that in January 2021 (the last time MJ spoke to DD), DD told her that Eli was going to live with a relative in California.

She smiled during court. Ew. She's one of those.
Also, she appeared in court wearing one of those protector wrap-around things that makes it so you can't hurt yourself/others...

Based off the photos it looked like either that or a seizure... eyes were rolled back into his head and tongue looked to be lolling about.

Mother of missing boy, man charged in case to remain in jail

Dauphinais and Stapf will remain in jail on preventative detention while they meet with their lawyers ahead of potential bail hearings.

On Wednesday, Elijah's uncles pleaded to their sister Danielle to come forward with information about his whereabouts.

"What I really want her to do is shine a light on where this boy is. That's probably the number one thing on a lot of people's minds right now," he said. "Especially, it's getting cold outside right now. I just really hope he's OK."

Dauphinais' brother said their family is estranged, and he last spoke to his sister a year ago. He also said she has five children, and has never hurt her children that he knows of.

"That's why we're here. We're here to try to get a message to Danielle, please cooperate. Please let us know where he is. Please, tell somebody something, anything. That's what we want. We just want to bring him home," Dauphinais' brother said.

is there a link to these observations or was it a live thing?

Or faking a seizure. A pretty common occurrence when someone wants to seem to “need medical attention”.

Dauphinais and Stapf were ordered held on preventive detention without the possibility of bail by Judge Temple. The arrest warrants were ordered sealed but access was granted to the defense attorneys

Dauphinais's address was listed as Sunset Drive in Merrimack on her bail order and Stapf listed his address as Burgess Drive in Litchfield.

On Wednesday, a Merrimack police officer remained outside the Sunset Drive home, which is still surrounded by crime scene tape. A house on Dawn Avenue, that appears unoccupied, has crime scene tape in front of the house but no officers could be seen at that location. No officers using K-9s, divers, or boats were in the area on Wednesday.

A New Hampshire State Police truck arrived later as well members of the NH Attorney Generals Office. Investigators took several photos inside and outside of the house and brought evidence bags to the truck. At about 5 p.m. the Major Crime Unit left the scene, and one Merrimack police officer remained at the scene.

Merrimack Couple Appear Before Judge, Held In Missing Boy Case

Interesting that JS gave a different address, hoping that means he realizes it would be best to distance himself from her and tell the truth.

Do we have multiple potential crime scenes? Seems as if LE knows more than they are saying at this point :(

Poor Elijah and his siblings. They deserve(d) a safe home and life.
It's too bad more people weren't involved in his life. (I realize the mother might have made it difficult.)
