Yes and if you notice they have black cord going up to one of their ears. I have noticed some have on a badge. One sits to the left of the defense table.

During the bench conference.. Robert Gerkin is sitting stiffly but her eyes keep darting over to the jury. Many of them appear to be taking notes. Judge just called a break. He's told Gerkin to leave for a moment, but the judge is talking in open court to attornies.

I thought we heard another witness mention 'Dark Heart' and don't recall lots of objections to it. Is the defense just trying to throw road blocks up for her testimony?

No he is sitting in the chairs to the left of the defense table, so to the left of the defense lady.

Seems like the defense could remedy his problems with this avenue during cross examination of the witness rather than have the judge bar the prosecution from asking.

LE had a stun belt (wireless) under JA clothing throughout the trial. Don't know if NH uses those.
