Ward says this was a deliberate, premeditated murder. WARD: the conspiracy is part and parcel of his murder.. evidence that he was trying to get away with this murder ... the cover-up … there was no accident the defendant who makes plans to kill witnesses was not involved in an accident ...he’d taken cpr courses including treating seizures… yet gave no assistance to a dying victim, instead dumps her body in the river and destroys evidence and escape jail is not someone involved in an accident.

I don't know exactly. I posted a link to a video he did with his girlfriend about winter hiking and she looks young, too, and their apartment looks like a young couple's apartment. If he went straight through law school after college he'd have been 24 or so when he finished law school. So if he's an active young-looking mid-thirties, he could already have 10 years of experience.

When I was in college, in the fraternities/sororities, there were some risqué co-ed drinking games that were not preludes to sex, nor did the women involved have any intention of engaging in sex. Maybe it wasn't smart... but that's a different issue.

There is safety in numbers.

Here we have a man and a woman both of whom have let this woman know they are both sexually attracted to her. Lizzi is there alone. In my world I don't say no and then send a message that my mind can be changed by agreeing to get naked with the pair of them. okay I'll let off the :deadhorse:
