Wonder if right about now seth thinks he may have been smarter to testify and try to confuse the jury with his version being polar opposite of what kat said.

I think the jury would still find probable cause that the two of them were up to their eyeballs in it but it would, maybe, help push the state into refiling against kat: 'I only pulled lightly' McCullough

Well thanks for nothing WAT WMUR and HLN! boo hiss

No kidding, after watching the entire trial they all carp out on the ending. :(

I think that the closing statement cinched it. I would bet that a good number were on the fence before that. Prosecution did a wonderful job!

I'd like to see Lizzi's dad's statement. On WMUR, I saw a still of the courtroom, then hit "go live" right below and it snapped to a shot inside the newsroom where they were rapping up a report. It says, "we will be back after this break" now. I hope they carry his statement.

I am ELATED at the verdict!! Guilty on ALL COUNTS! Justice For Lizzi!! Sentencing at a later date per WMUR Kat to give impact witness statement. Female Foreperson, and Female Detective Cuffs his freaky deaky arse! WTG!

Barth fought so hard to have his statements suppressed he wasn't going to let him on the stand and destroy all of his hard effort. I thought all along it was the only way he had a chance.

I've had that happen on a few trials with WAT. I don't trust them anymore to be waiting for the verdict.

To all of you who weren't able to see the verdicts read live, I watched it live on WMUR. You didn't miss anything really because it was the back of Seth's and defense attorney's heads. So now reaction shots.

Still, great news!

can someone please give link so that I can watch it? Very frustrating...nothing for that whole verdict but spinning wheels....really bad. I want to see it for myself. So glad the jury saw it and agreed that Seth while he did not act alone was 100% responsible for what he did. Hope the judge gives this slime the max.

Blessings to Lizzi's friends and family. I hope that this gives them some measure of comfort on their road to healing (as much as they can).

My understanding is seth wasn't read his Miranda rights prior to the confession so the Judge disallowed it as evidence.

Seth taking the stand would not have jeopardized the confession staying out.

So happy he was convicted of 1st degree murder. I thought he would be - plenty of evidence, but you never know what a jury will do.
