He brings up Kat's response under cross-examination, to Barth reading their exchanges about Kat leaving bruises and bite marks on Seth. And that she told the jury that she didn't consider that domination. Barth to jury: "if that ain't domination what is?" He says its a lie she needs them to believe to distance herself from what happened on the night of October 9th.

I think if the State addresses the guilt of the defendant the jury will perk up because that is what they are there for. To determine if seth is guilty or not. Not if kat is a rotten human being.

Barth references what Seth wrote to Kat while she was at camp...about the punishment she'd receive when she got home...for not finding him a woman. Barth says virtually everything in the letter could be found on post-it notes and in fantasies that Kat had described to Seth. His remark to the jutry: "Now he is the one made to look overbearing, degrading, dehumanizing, is that fair? Is it hones and accurate and do you have doubts about the messenger of that misimpressions?"
