I was worrying about the conspiracy rules too but then I thought about the ex-con going to SM's mother's house and getting the debit card, KM writing the suicide note, and hope that the jury will see these extensions of his conspiracy as proof of guilt.

It sounds like the reason for this second person involvement is to protect individuals who are desperate in jail and not thinking correctly to write fantastical ideas out that are pure fiction. Though much of what this guy has written in the past does sound that way, these plans were carried out to some degree with another person.

Sure hope the jury sees it that way.

I just finished watching the Pros closing arguments, have missed this trial for a few days. He did a great job of putting all these horrible, sick details into line for the jury to find guilt. I have high hopes for this verdict.

Yes, I don't think the second person has to follow through, just take the next step. A conspiracy has to be between more than one, I would imagine.

Hi Xara, I pulled it up on WMUR's live feed and they will cover it live. I am almost local, over the boarder in Mass. Boy, the thought of driving in there is very strong. Courtroom must be packed. Usually we don't have these big trials in our backyard.

Last big one I can think of was Pamela Smart in Hampton. When NH gets them, they get them big!
