:floorlaugh: I started feeling sorry for the defendant standing all alone minute after minute. First the two go off and ya hear the fighting and then the judge (60 yrs old) returns but the defense lawyer is a no show. The judge then asks the defendant what he wants to do.

How about be represented, your honor?

She had a cellphone when she moved in, that her mother paid for... that ended. She got on in July... he could pick it up and look at it.. it had no passwords.

She says she lost contact with her mother.. and made new friendships... after she moved in. This.. about Lizzi Marriott - I had people I talked to that I met thru work. Lizzi Marriott was she one of the friends at work? Yes… Did you reach out to her in the fall? Yes. Was that to start a friendship or something else. Both. I wanted to be her friend, I thougth she was nice and a fun individual, but I also was seeing if she was something he was looking for

It boggles my mind to think how many HOURS were spent in depositions on this case and what is likely the (relatively small) percentage of details we are hearing.
