Maybe the evidence provided by KM, that she was asked to lure her there. He planned to kill her?!

According to the article I linked above:

"McDonough was also charged in Marriott's death and pleaded guilty in July to lying to police about Marriott's murder. McDonough, 19, was sentenced on charges of conspiracy, witness tampering and hindering prosecution. She was ordered to serve three consecutive jail terms of between 3½ and 7 years — a potential incarceration of up to 21 years."

I suppose we'll hear during her testimony how much time she'll be serving.

Jury is back from lunch, Defense resuming with the secretly taped conversations Gerkin had with Kat... specifically the last one... with a different tone... advising her that Seth was pointing at the finger at her... that she needed to take care of herself.. and Kat replied that she was trying to bargain...

Don't feel bad, I've been trying to piece together the timeline of charges and it seems to vary depending on which article you read. I haven't read any recent ones so maybe someone has written one that's fairly inclusive since trial started but if so, I don't have a link unfortunately.

Kat talks about being diminutive, that she could be physically overpowered ... Gerkin said 'I know he intimidates you' She said I did what I wanted to... And it was Kat that brought up... M and S... master and slave or subservient.
