State to Kat... can you describe for the jurors how he treated you… he was very kind, curious, he would always drive me around … he was always telling me how special I was or beautiful I was… (91305) was he supportive, yes, he encouraged the things I liked to do like theater and art… he made me feel like I was very important, like I was the ONE for him.

I wanted to wait until I graduated so I could stay in the same school district… (Kat talking about moving into Seth's) ... she says he wanted her to move in shortly after their relationship became sexual...she finally moved out in February .... Atty Hinckley asking if the apartment she moved into was the same one where Seth strangled Lizzi Marriott in October 2012, she says, Yes it was.
