Got here at the tail end of hearing the State apologize for being sloppy.

Did I hear it right? Witness saw marks on LM (where? neck, wrists, both?) but the State failed to disclose this to the defense?

Kat had to take her glasses off so she said she was "pretty blind" #SethMazzaglia

Kat about the strip poker game: I went and put a bra on so I’d have extra clothing cause I wasn’t wearing much and we all sat down and began to play, I was losing pretty quickly so Lizzi and I were taking things like bracelets and rings off… but as it continued I ended up not wearing anything, she ended up in just her underwear and he ended up not wearing anything so we decided there should be some extra thing happen in the next round.

Kat says she was pretty blind after taking off her glasses. The photos don't show her with glasses? Vanity or a fat lie about her eyesight?

Ever since Jodi Arias wore the fake eyeglasses I question all these criminals showing up looking like schoolmarms.
