I'm still wondering why the first thing Seth told her to do was call Roberta.

IMO he panicked and wanted mommy to come help him, clean this mess up.

I really hope one side or the other clarifies how much time she was given/will serve, so far it's anywhere from 1 1/2 years to 21 years, I do hope it's the longer term, she had so many opportunities to help Lizzie and did not one darned thing except help Seth.

"McDonough was sentenced to serve between 3.5 and 7 years on each charge -- a potential prison term of up to 21 years — but a majority of that time was suspended.

The sentence came as part of a plea bargain with the state, which will require her to testify in the pending murder trial of her former boyfriend, Seth Mazzaglia.

Kat had a criminal mentality, she knew to turn off the phone, suitcase was her idea. She was almost as responsible. Brainwashed by Seth. The victim could have easily been her had she ever said no to him.
