I just don't get this defense. What difference does it make if tarot cards were used to pick a lawyer? :waitasec: While I find that in itself odd..... who cares? :dunno:

I knew she was in prison, but didn't realize that was prison garb. I thought she just likes Target uniforms.

Barth has had a long back and forth about the process of choosing Seth's defense team.... he says she told the jury that it was based on tarot card readings... but she acknowledges that there was much more to it... she interviewed them, got advice, recommended them...

Barth talking about Seth's being a writer... Kat: he talked about bringing horror to the stage… Barth: can we agree that he called these fictional accounts?… Kat: not necessarily, not when he referred to the abyss he said it was a supernatural place that was real.

Kat: I asked him to write me a basic story, alice in wonderland-ish… for school… he said he was putting real places and creatures, some of the monsters in his story he says lived in our apt as well… I never saw them… The Compass was based on the apt… I don’t know if he thought it was real but it was for my school assignment…

Am I the only one who has noticed that SM's female Attorney has a resemblance to KM?
Maybe it is just the haircut. I am just getting that *vibe* of similarity.

I heard virtual slave… at times yes… you never said he was controlling… I never used that word, at the time I did not see it as controlling at all

First time Kat claimed #SethMazzaglia was controlling was when she was offered immunity

It wasn’t until you were talking about immunity, you called Seth controlling.. I didn’t want to talk… I had over a month and a half of no contact… and I was feeling upset.. writing things down and I started getting more and more angry at how I was being treated.. so my disposition toward him changed…
