Kat's sentence is way too light...

Her light sentence is contingent on her telling the whole truth...

what if it is found that she hasn't told the "whole" truth...

that she committed more criminal acts than she is sharing...

could her sentence become longer?

I thought he was finished when he had her look and speak directly to the jury, why in blazes did he go to the recipes? That just doesn't seem like an effective ending to his direct examination.

I agree...he should have ended with it.....it was very powerful IMO.

Sure, if she was charged with additional crimes, like murder, she would get additional penalties. That was her only chance to say she did it, and not be charged. Goes to credibility I suppose.
