I feel like the defense atty should have presented some of his questions to the other members on his team so they could correct him in things like this.

Re: Seth testifying.... I know I'm stating the obvious, but I think it totally depends on how the rest of Kat's cross goes.
Who else could the def possibly call? His parents? Other than that I have no idea. With there being no forensics in this case there's really nothing else to challenge besides KM.

I CAN totally see him demanding to tell his story either way though. And I hope he does.

As to a witness list, there isn't one that I am aware of. But I'd love to see one!

IDK---he never ever chats with his atty's while in court. I have yet to see anyone say anything--not even acknowledge him (ok I remember one moment-:blushing--to me its really weird

Also find it weird about LE never wearing a uniform in court

Kat is probably finishing out her sentence at Strafford County Jail, right? Or would she be at a womens prison. I am checking out what I think Seths home will be forever. Just passing time.

ITA. I think it would be a disaster to put SM on the stand. Evidence shows he's at least as big a liar as KM and has disordered thinking. (Although it would be interesting to see Dark Heart give testimony)

IMO this is precisely why Barth is going after KM so adamantly.

Today marks Kat McDonough's 6th day on the witness stand, her 4th being cross-examined. In all that time, there has not yet been questioning by the defense about what Kat says happened to Lizzi Marriott the night she died.
