I don't know that he is terribly unpredictable. I just keep thinking of how "controlled" he is described to be. Besides the leg shaking, he does seem pretty mellow.

Wow how unusual and startling that someone wouldn't want someone else to not talk about them being a murderer. I imagine most murderers who are terrified of prison really want others to mention their role in it.

I really dislike Barth. He is a disaster of an attorney.

That hadn't struck me before, that she'd want to get married to protect herself instread of not being forced to testify against him.

Barth now saying that it was Kat who started researching marriage to Seth while he was incarcerated... he says it was so he didn't have to involve her... she says its because she was in love with him and wanted to marry him... Barth is about to play a recording of a taped conversation they had ... he's providing the jury with a transcript because the quality of the sound may be lousy...
