I can understand why. Barth, in a sense is blaming the victim. Trying to say she was willing.....yeah right!

I don't know how much more of this lying I can listen to from this Kat. The jury I am sure would welcome a FBI agent....they have got to be at the max with this. The more I listen to her the more I am disgusted that the state gave her the deal they did...and if it serves to confuse the jury enough could backfire big tiime.

I just got back and missed all of the testimony about the 9th of October. I hope there is someone posting them on youtube or an archive somewhere. Thank you to Zoey and all of the wonderful sluethers for keeping this thread updated. Chilling what I was able to read... I'm kinda wondering if I should watch her testimony about that fateful night. I sure wish she hadn't received immunity
