Ms. Kat forgot about the cider glasses they had, oh my, what an image to leave the jury with, yeah, we know you forgot all about that little detail but thankfully Mr. Barth did not.

I guess you can tell I do not believe her story in the slightest.

If kat is to be believed about the 'whimper' Lizzi did it makes me wonder if her drink wasn't spiked.

uhoh...I'm pretty sure I remember him wearing them....NOT GOOD
I think the defense attorney is wearing her down...she is "pretty sure" now about everything and knows nothing for sure.

The comment about "he's murdering her" and she turns to continue to watch Dorkbusters or something is think is too much for the jury to buy.

I am concerned they will hang not really knowing what to do when clearly the woman they have had to endure for days is just as guilty.

I just got back and missed all of the testimony about the 9th of October. I hope there is someone posting them on youtube or an archive somewhere. Thank you to Zoey and all of the wonderful sluethers for keeping this thread updated. Chilling what I was able to read... I'm kinda wondering if I should watch her testimony about that fateful night. I sure wish she hadn't received immunity :(

Testifying for the State or Defense?

State I believe Cuckoo, since Pros. brought up that they were flying in.
Def. agreed to let them testify tomorrow.

Hope he lets them go first because I doubt he will be done with Kat in a day (Seriously. Plus there will be rebuttal).

I know! I know! And the more I hear from kat the more I question the State and their competence. IMO they badly bungled the deal they gave this killer. I hope they don't drop the ball with the other.

I've got to hope that the main thread of her story, that seth strangled Lizzi holds up and the jury finds him guilty but that Barth does such an outstanding job in cross that there are grounds for pulling the sweetheart deal they gave to kat.

Customers bust in here and demand service :tantrum: so I missed the end.

Are we seriously closing in on the length of time JA was on the stand? It seems that way.

:sigh: I don't want either of them to walk.

I really want to hear his side though.
I think Kat pushed for this to happen, I really do.
(Not saying he was not a willing partner, I just think she was the one steering the ship).

Love reading the thoughts from all of you. I have been working so really haven't been able to watch much of it live.. I read here and on WMUR.

I have a couple of friends that has gone everyday and they feel that today Kat has lost the jury. They just feel that the mood of the jury is different and that they are writing down a lot more.

I have the next 2 days off and I am planning on going tomorrow afternoon and all day Thursday.
