I just have to believe that the jury will see both seth and kat as being knee deep in this horror.

I think any rational human being will see it that way but what does that mean for a verdict? I hope it means that they will feel since she is walking they must hold Seth fully accountable. That is what I would do. the fact that she is quilty and got the deal is separate from his guilt. I don't for a minute think she alone killed Lizzie.

"sorry, no pulse"

As in "I screwed up Seth, Sorry"....
or it could be taken as "Sorry, no pulse, you went too far Seth"

(IMO it is the first one.)

I'd rather say the truth as I remember it....oh please Kat :banghead:

It doesn't make sense to me that she killed Lizzie and Seth said oh, well let me rape her then. He killed her and raped her. jmo

i'm waiting for her to admit to taking a shower with a perm:floorlaugh:

<legally blond reference :D>
Oh my I just laughed so hard. Thanks for this! :floorlaugh:

U claimed at some point that u pulled t rope on Ms. M's neck.

I think she was involved somehow in the murder besides clean up--but can't quite figure out what -- hope that makes sense

Popsicle, you have to remember that all we have is Kats word on the sequence of events.
I am of the belief that a lot more happened than just a strangling and a rape.
I think they both played with her for a while, probably she was bound and gagged.
And I would say they just went too far, but if Lizzie was not a willing participant (likely she was NOT) they probably figured they had to kill her.

:dunno:

I am not very familiar with this case so please excuse this question if it's silly but without Lizzie's body, how do they know if she was raped other than by Kat's testimony? Did Seth admit to it? does anyone know? TIA

Barth, about the text she sent Lizzi in the moments after her death: it wasn’t just a clipped where are you.. not just a hi, right? in those moments that you claim is the aftermath of a terrible murder is hey dahlin.. expected you at ten.. little story, I passed out, and the audacity to ask are you still coming... Those were your words, your plan right? Kat: I wrote them but it was a plan in discussion. Barth: that was your idea.. Kat: I don’t remember if it was or not

Neither one of these people did anything to save Lizzi. I don't believe that the jury should judge and based on kat getting away with murder make sure seth goes away forever. IMO seth and kat share equal blame. Both should be judged accordingly. Unfortunately kat got away with the deal of a lifetime. sickening.

Barth accuses her of slipping up when she told the grand jury that after she checked Lizzi's pulse, she told Seth, 'Sorry, no pulse'. He says it was a slipup because it shows that she's apologizing for the horrible thing she's caused.

And he accuses Kat of telling this jury that she held the ropes around Lizzi's neck while Seth used the bathroom so that she could cover any potential forensic evidence that showed she had held the rope.

i was asked many quests and i was asked about t bag and then i explained it

  • #836
there's no doubt that u took a plastic bag, put it over Miss M's head and then tied it

I did...

Barth: 'Did I confuse you?'

Yes, the truth confuses kat...

  • #838
