This is a very scary person to me....Lizzie at her young age would have had no idea that "monsters" don't always appear as such. Her cell mates should be very afraid. She is as bad as it gets IMO.

He's pointing out that the lies continued... even the night she was arrested.. when she was picked up at work and told police she had all her belongings. She actually left a bag behind and texted a friend to pick it up. She says its because it had a tablet in it etc that she didn't want to lose... and said she was terrified when police confronted her with that lie so said she didn't know about it.

frankly, I am just going to say this: the defense is making huge inroads with impeaching Kat due to her obvious propensity to lie when it suites her. With there being no body, no forensics, etc, and the entire case hinging off the deal for her testimony (which when the jury weighs it they could obviously think she was lying yet again as to what happened), I could clearly see the jury having reasonable doubt (trust me, I don't doubt but I am just pointing this out). After this.. I hope the SA can bring it with the closing argument. I truly think a strong closing argument is needed just about now. :twocents:

the last 30 minutes he was making sense to me---He did make a few good points about all the lies she has told regarding this.

The final point Atty Barth made before the end... that after reading her arrest affidavit about having consensual sex, she said only one thing was wrong with it factually... " I’m not a paramedic, I’m an EMT."

and xara knows what munchies are :D

LOL.....it wasn't even what I was expecting. I think Barth needs to Google it too, he was making it sound like something it isn't IMO.

Well, I didn't watch anything after the break.
Did I miss anything important?
