Barth says it was after she'd met with his defense team and said she'd killed Lizzi... Barth says Seth was angry she'd done that, incriminated herself, so he sent her letters to essentially undo it...Barth: based on what youve told the jury he couldve told his slave, his sub to go forward and accept the statement you gave us and accept blame right? Kat: I dont know.. Barth: instead he writes you a letter, correct? ... it was a letter to change elements of the story that had hurt you, correct?
