I agree--seems he just wants her to admit to the murder--

Not to mention he has missed a couple verbal slip ups by Kat that he could have nailed her on :sigh: (Yesterday especially).

Kat: "Well then yeah, I guess you'll have to take my word for it.

Barth: "We actually don't".

Does that mean Seth is going to testify??

*BBM*

None of us do, Mr. Barth!

Two completely detestable people, but it seems unlikely to me that her cross examination will cause him to go free. jmo.

I don't believe it was one or the other who alone committed the rape, torture and murder of LM. I hope the jury does the right thing to the one defendant who will be held culpable while the other skates thru her measly three years in the joint.

I believe seth did what kat claims he did but I think she has been downplaying her participation to that of a lost, lil lamb. :P

I still can't believe that all they had was milk, cider and tea....

I was thinking that no alcohol, no drugs rule was pretty incredible! Seems to me you'd need to be under the influence of some substance to do the things they did.

Wicker combo huh? I think it is so much easier when drugs or alcohol are involved to accept aberrant behavior.

When someone is stone cold sober what explains the ugliness? Evil?

Or maybe he meant "we don't have to take your word for it because you are a lying liar who lies"

He says that Kat talked about trying to make a living with her art.. and more substantive issues... like Roberta's concerns to Kat (while wearing a hidden microphone) that someone might be able to place she and Paul at the scene the night of Lizzi's death... Barth says Kat mentioned to her the video cameras...

Kat says she was trying to help Roberta out by telling her to deny ever being at the apartment that night.

Righto.... need a gas mask and thigh high galoshes to get thru this absolute muck (LIES).

Barth: And you were telling Roberta that the spirits in your head were taking away your memories… Kat: I believe it wasn’t in the same meetings.. I told her she could lie in the first or second meeting.. I believe it was the third time, at night is when ... I told her yah, that ANNEE was blocking my memory so that I couldn’t remember the events of the evening is what I told her
