The prosecutor won't object to the video being played of her reading her lying lie of a lie (or maybe wholly truthful) statement to the defense but objects to the jury getting that actual statement...hummmmm is he worried they might finally believe something she's said?

The defense wants to show the video of Kat reading (to herself) the statement she gave to the defense (saying she killed Lizzie) and making corrections to it, the prosecution has no problem with that but doesn't want the jury to be given the actual statement to read as they plan to object to hearsay and double hearsay and thinks it will confuse the jury. The defense says without the statement to know what she's reading and correcting it makes no sense what they're seeing, the judge will look it over and decide during lunch and come back shortly after 1:00 to give his decision before jury is brought in.

At least that's what I gathered from it all.
