The judge took a break after lunch to rule on an issue regarding the playing of video... and will allow the jury to have the statement in front of them... in the interest of time and fairness... the state asking the judge to take a look at a particular statement, they are having a bench conference so that Kat presumably can't hear... the jury is not in yet...

Atty Barth says they talked about BDSM...and refers to a discussion... and that Kat said ' I live that every day' she says... someone asked if I'd read it.. and I said I hadn't yet... Barth: you disclosed to your coworkers that you engaged in BDSM every day... Kat: I didn't say it outright...

The witness isn't helping herself with the explanations she is giving to each question. IMO

Defense making the point that when Lizzi first visited their apartment on October 2nd, that Seth didn't hurry home from work to see her.. he came over after work. He didn't instruct Kat to keep her late. And Lizzi left. Kat says Seth invited her to visit again... but Defense is making the point... that he didn't instruct Kat to have sex...
