I hope the jury can see that this is simply another "plan" to get out of taking responsibility for the murder. The blame it on Kat "plan", since the others didn't work.

We're told that the continued cross-examination of Kat McDonough may be delayed for an hour or so this morning. The state may call a witness or two that had to travel here from Virginia.
