I just had a horrible, probably far fetched thought....
What if she is faltering on purpose? Hoping that he walks so that they can be together when she gets out?

i like that out of the box thinking..........a possibility........

they both are so twisted i would not be surprised:scared:

I was wondering the SAME thing when watching yesterday's testilying by her. But I think she is only doing what she's doing to cover her own butt IMO. Plus I would think the prosecution would have been watching her letters and phone calls seeing that she is currently locked up.

I would hope that if a felon attempts to sway/deceive/confuse the jury that it would jeopardize the immunity agreement?

If true I don't see this selfish woman running that risk for anyone.

IMO her faltering is her panic in answering and boxing herself into a lie, or two or a few thousand.

When an intelligent person has nothing to hide it is as it should be. Easy to understand and accept.

That is what drive's me crazy with crafty ole kat. Her answers are neither immediate nor complete.

Interesting to note that mitochondrial DNA is passed from the mother, and shared by siblings, as opposed to the nuclear DNA which is passed from both parents to a child... THAT is completely unique. She has a Maternal Inheritance exhibit is on the screen.

LM's toothbrush was found in Pierce Island????

No, LE got if from her house (where she was staying with her Aunt).
I think the sentence wording just made it sound that way.

ETA- Jen Cromptons update. Not Zoeys post :)

We have so much more mitochondrial DNA in our cells... so if there isn't enough nuclear DNA in a sample, there's still stuff to work with... now she's explaining how its extracted from samples... she does a great job of breaking it down... DNA 101. But no test after.
