I saw the video that was played yesterday. Only areas read out loud were the ones being corrected or modified for "accuracy". To the best of my knowledge, the statement was not read aloud word-for-word.

Was it read aloud in its entirety?

No it wasn't. A transcript was given to the jury to refer to during the video but was taken back because it is not entered as evidence.

Kat makes Jodi Arias look like a truth teller...Arias was a better liar.

It is also worth noting one can be a sub sexually but yet be very dominate in everyday life.
I remember reading a Madam's bio and she mentioned a lot of CEO's & Politicians and types like that wanted to be submissive. The everyday stress of being the one in power leads one to want to "give up control" when it comes to sex (or even just play, sex does not even have to be involved. One guy would just be ordered around the house to clean, while wearing a maid uniform, that was what "got him off").

ETA- To each his own, right? Last thing I would want to do is clean

But she had better hours in court--what AZ court was 4 hrs maybe????? :floorlaugh: I often wonder how CA would be on the stand after this many days

A bump in the road. Are you kidding me, they killed Lizzie! She is beyond crazy.

  • #426
The murder of her friend is a "pothole"?

  • #427
Barth: you described t impact of this on ur life as being "like a pothole"

True much better hours...I just don't know how they accomplish anything down there.

Barth says to Kat that she described this as an accident and used an analogy with Roberta Gerkin... Barth: You describe this as an accident, and use an analogy as a deep hole filling.. digging out, getting out of it ... that’s your analogy of Lizzi Marriott dying in your apt and putting her body in the river... Kat: that’s what I told you but the truth is Liz was murdered in front of me...

Barth: you described to Roberta the impact of this on your life, how well your life was going… Kat: I had so much going on that was one of the things I held onto and felt it was something easier than trying to take in the whole thing.. Barth: you described this event as a stupid, stupid, stupid thing.

Anyone know what lesser charges are included for Seth?
At this point, there is no way they are going vote murder1.

think Murder 2?

killing someone is a bump in the road? a pothole in life? A D in a class is a pothole. A zit on prom night is a pothole. Murder isn't a pothole. And she wasn't miserable, she was acting completely normal. I saw this child before she was arrested and was stunned since she was completely normal, happy, joking. Same Kat she had always been.

It's not too late to add a witness to the def. list Mom! ;)
(I wish/hope they have people like you coming in to tell about the REAL Kat).

On that note, are you aware of anyone who knows her (and could break down some of this BS) testifying?

Nicely said, my friend.

Kat: I said a bump in the road, a really big one, as for pothole, I was using a commonly used analogy Barth: You said you’d lost more than anyone… Kat: I hadn’t done anything for a month I was miserable

MOO--Lizzi hadn't don't anything either---don't like Kat!

she had to have something besides cider, milk or tea--not to stuggle and fight when being strangled--had too

agree!

  • #439
Barth: you described it as an accident because you dreamed, hoped that an accident could be understood right? Kat: No… I believed I could have Seth back in my life.... Barth: and you didn’t believe you would get in trouble so you told us about it right? Kat: No my main focus was him.. getting him back, I was thinking more about him .
