Amanda Hayes initially had immunity? I didn't know that. If so I have renewed hope that km may face some justice after all.

Oh I don't know if she had immunity I would have to look that up. But my thought was they convicted her husband first and went after her after he was convicted. Hopefully this will be the case here. What exactly is KM serving time for besides the hindering the investigation???

While I find it bizarre that they just came, looked, told them to 'do the right thing' and then left, I'm not sure about them having helped dispose of her, neither side seems to doubt they walked home after dropping Lizzie's car at the university, and Kat acted like she lied during only that part of the statement to defense so I'm sort of doubting they helped. But with as odd as Roberta struck me, I guess anything is possible.

I noticed that change in her demeanor describing Roberta and Paul helping with disposal. It was clear she was lying, probably for the first time in that statement. There was another time shortly after that I picked up a falsehood through her body language, but for life of me can't remember it now.

Damm, she is ker-eeep-y. In that hesitating little-girl voice. I wonder what her father could possibly be thinking?? Did her parents think they had a weird one living with them? (This is NOT a neg against her parents.) What was she like when she was 10 years old? I've never seen anyone like her -- she's is an alien from way-out-er space to me, a naive and skeptical wide-eyed liberal. And, please note, I did not say, "libertine."

'Scuse the rant -- this is just I-don't-know-what-to-call-it. Whew.

Whether or not she is guilty is irrelevant right now. She is not on trial, he is. Yea, she's a self described insane elf that lies like a rug, an outcast freak that finds comfort in taking on roles. But it's the man that strangled and raped Lizzi that we need to be focused on. I hope PH is a good witness and is not as wacky as the rest of this cast of characters. RG was so flaky it's hard to know if her story is true also.

All of the archives for this case. An interesting read is the one titled "Mazzaglia apologizes to Parents" he apparently told police that he was the one to throw her body into the water, he put the bag over her head and a few other things that we now know Kat did.
