She looks the same to me except so far she's more animated on t video. She does not have the flat affect that she has on the stand. Her voice is different as well imo.

Yes, she was over 18, but SM was over 30 and his parents were involved in making sure he had a defense. I just can't imagine letting anyone I care about (child, sibling, etc.) mess around with a videotaped statement set up by people representing a potential codefendant in a murder case without representation.
