I no longer believe this version of seth just up and strangling Lizzi. I don't believe that seth thought he 'controlled' kat to the extent that he could anything and she would remain compliant.

he had been doin things behind us, but i wasn't really paying attention...he had grabbed a rope...S has 2 sides to him, switch on & off, i hadn't noticed it until he had succumbed to it
