Again, might have been answered already, but Kat did say she had been in Lizzies car a time or two before the murder (according to KM, I should add).
They worked together at Target, maybe went somewhere on a lunch break or something.
So that could explain her print already being in the car.

I am not arguing the print, just pointing out that KM mentioned having been in the car before Oct. 9.

The video is shot and played at a slow walking pace... it goes up to the overlook, he says the drag marks stopped just before the benched area of the overlook... the video then continues back down the path.

Can see a police cruiser parked at the bottom of the path... this was shot several days after he'd been there so he doesn't recall seeing the drag marks at that point.

I feel bad for them that this is such a weak case. I fear the jury will come back with NG because the state has not proven it's case. :sigh:

Nope, wasn't me. I would have definitely remembered anything about a fingerprint. I have been chomping at the bit for physical evidence. Seen these articles already, thanks.

He's the head of the crime scene unit and evidence manager... He became involved with the Lizzi Marriott investigation on October 12th. 5:45 PM... he was off-duty... called in with other crime scene unit members... told to assemble at the PD.
