I don't understand all the criticism of the state's case.
Are some of you more apt to believe the def version of events?

The landlady had to point out that there was another dumpster on the apartment complex, in the back?

Kind of like the dog walker taking video where he had seen drag marks?

Is this community committed to helping their dim witted LE force or what?

They got a search warrant on the 13th, went in, and removed two trash bags that they sent to HQ for analysis.

On Oct 12th, witness (crime scene evidence mgr) discovered that the back dumpster had not been emptied yet. The dumpster was secured & 2 trash bags were removed.

I can only speak for myself. I don't necessarily believe the defense version of events. I have not seen any evidence that Seth murdered Lizzie. All we have is Kat's word. Not so sure I believe her version. :waitasec:

I do think they were BOTH equally responsible. I just don't see the evidence. :sigh:

I see it more as complaining about the witnesses. I know I don't have to read here, but geez. Most case's are CE! jmo

Why are they dim witted in your opinion?

IMO they don't appear very well prepared for a violent crime. If memory serves someone posted about Lizzi's vehicle not being secured immediately. Why did a landlady have to point out the other dumpster? Why wasn't it already found and being looked into by LE? There were a couple of other things but I can't put my fingers on them but overall they added up to me wondering if this is a tiny department and unprepared for this type of crime.

Detective Burt got the DNA swabs and hair samples from Kathryn McDonough, and also went to Chester to get an electric toothbrush that belonged to Elizabeth Marriott. He dispatched someone to Massachusetts to get a DNA sample from Lizzi's mother. And a search warrant was issued to get a hair sample from Seth Mazzaglia.
