I thought Pickles said she wasn't with Paul.....didn't she testify to that on the stand? I was shocked when he said they are still together? As I could have sworn she testified he was her ex.

Well...I'm not sure but would be interesting to know. It seems like it would look better to say they are still together rather than apart now...one could think that the events of the evening maybe RG knowing more or other caused a riff and end to the relationship whereas them being together implies they were in agreement on what went down. I don't think Paul knew as much as RG and it is possible that the whole thing did cause them to split. Too lazy to go back but maybe Barth will??

Alright, here is a thought.....Roberta and Paul, for whatever reason they have, are inside an apartment with a dead woman on the floor, with the girl who called them curled in a fetal position leaning against the kitchen cabinet. The 'murderer' is babbling on about going too far.

Do you really expect us to believe that any human being with a brain would leave a young woman crying in the corner with this murderer and not take her to safety? This is another hole in Paul's story that I would love Barth to go after.

What awful thing did seth and /or kat have hanging over Roberta/Paul's head to make them agreeable to risk becoming accessories after the fact?

I honestly think these two are members of their "court" and are more involved than they would ever be able to admit.

I also question why Kat was relatively normal when going down to greet Roberta and Paul, both so far have said she seemed nervous or bothered but not freaked out, yet when they get back up into the apartment, she goes into the kitchen area, slumps against the stove or fridge and cries the whole time R & P are in the apartment?

I question everything about this Kat, Seth, Roberta, Paul scenario after the murder. It is impossible for me to believe that Seth and Roberta drove to Seth's apartment on the spur of the moment, late at night, without knowing anything at all about what they were about to encounter. JMO!

Whoops!!!! Good Morning WS Friends!

IMO the real kat was in the parking lot to meet them. kat forgot her keys. So what? My daughter is always misplacing things. kat knows seth will let her back in so no biggie. Just like my cupcake who would come to me asking where 🤬🤬🤬 was and she knew I did know where the dang thing was in the house.

The actress kat is the one in the near fetal position in the corner, distraught and crying.

The Judge had other business to attend to this morning, but asked the jury to be ready for 10:00. Seth Mazzaglia is in the courtroom, Lizzi's family and friends are here, as well as the local press. Seven folks who have been 'regulars' are seated on the left side of the courtroom. The first witness is expected to be Paul Hickok... the Defense indicated yesterday that it intends to cross-examine him. He's Roberta Gerkin's boyfriend... the one she brought to Mazzaglia's apartment on the night of October 9th. Other than Seth and Kat McDonough, he and Roberta are the only people to have seen Lizzi Marriott's body that night.

IMO when rg and ph arrived and pulled the plastic off her face, they knew she was dead and there was no chance of rescue so they high tailed it out of there.

DING DING DING! We got a winner (IMO).

Maybe having people she cared about, or who were at least "outside" the crime, upset her and made her realize that what was there in the apt. was actually reality... I guess there's some shred of humanity in her, however small. Or maybe she realized she was totally in deep doo.

'she was totally in deep doo.'
