Rope marks on Lizzies neck. Seth claims he blacked out and doesnt know how the marks got there.

If there were strangulation marks, it wasnt Kat who caused an accidental seizure by sitting on Lizzie during breath control

Critical evidence and consistently reported by multiple witnesses.

Exactly what I was thinking. Mom implies kat had very little experience with dating. IMO kat kept most of her life secret from her mom.

She said she did not know she was seeing Seth... that his name had come up once... "She said he's neat we have a connection…I asked how old is he? I don’t know 25? That was kind of more age than I wanted… I said just be friends, please don’t be romantic you’re going to college and will meet a nice boy and she stopped talking about it after that "

She said she found out she'd been seeing Seth, when she moved out in February unexpectedly. Her Mom came home to find a 2-page letter on her bed. "I said I’m gone, I’ve moved out.. don’t try to contact me… I will contact you when I’m ready."

Denise McDonough describes the contact she had with Kat after she moved out. "...very very minimal, I didn’t want to keep pushing, but I didn’t understand it.. I tried to call and leave messages… left it on their phone, I tried Facebook, I tried email, I tried visiting."

I'm pretty sure the text came after Lizzi was there because then Kat asked Lizzi if she wanted to stay later, that they 'didn't have to go to the airport' (as was their excuse for when Andi and Brad were to come over). I'll have to go find Haunt's great timeline to see what time that text came in, but it was before the 'painting' text, I believe.

I tend to doubt it, if she played strip poker I don't think they'd feel the need to drug her, and I pretty much believe that Seth did not allow any alcohol or drugs in his apartment, there hasn't been any hint that he or Kat had ever been involved in either.

But not coming across to me that Seth is controlling Kat. Comes across that Kat loves her mom, they r very close and Kat would rather simply not face her, not speak to her bc of t pain her relationship w/Seth was causing her mom. Came across to me that choice was Kat's.

Kat couldn't bear disappointing her mom. It was painful for Kat, but she wanted to be with Seth.

Kat's mother is very naive...driving her to see him in jail???? These days parents have to watch facebook etc. While I feel sorry for her...Kat was up to alot in high school...hear zero about the father here...this woman seems to be the primary parent.
