BBM. I sincerely agree with you. Can you imagine seeing a freshly killed body and then just going about your life (Roberta and Paul). I'd be on the phone to 911 so fast, I wouldn't care about the consequence to myself.

And I do believe Kat was deeply involved in the killing. She is no damsel in distress, and I didn't believe a word that came out of her mouth on the stand.

On that note, why is SM stuck holding all the cards (no pun intended). I would like to see both Kat and Seth punished for this dirty deed. Her plea deal should be yanked right out from under her.

Question: did anyone ever find the harness? Was Lizzie's DNA on it?

The woman on the stand now...first needs a wardrobe makeover for court...educational background very lean and experience is stated in terms of weeks and days not years. I think the prosecution will have a field day.

Mornin' HfH. I'm going to be relying on the posts here to keep me up to speed today. Will have to catch the stream on archives tonight. I'm heading over to a local murder trial in Las Cruces. Bringing my laptop and hoping I'll be able to tweet from court room. Don't know the rules at dist court but am prepared to find out.

She says more often than not, the information she gets is negative in terms of what it says about the client. She says her job is to just report it... there are no incentives or requests that she only get information to help a case.

There's other evidence and witnesses. Without km, we still have rg and ph as well as all the physical evidence, including the map sm drew for police of the location. I think the map made it in.. iirc

She was assigned to Seth's case on Saturday, October 13th, 2012. She met with his attorneys on Sunday and went to meet with Seth.

Yea, like she's going on a picnic... way too much cleavage, too tight. A nice button down collar shirt would be more appropriate. Or at least something more professional, if not a suit. I find it hard to take a professional seriously if they act so casual.

Just as I thought. Kat continues to be on trial, not Seth.

She says Seth's father had told her that Kat was living with Seth's mother, so she called and introduced herself... asked if she would talk to me, that it was her choice. She said yes but wanted to come to us because there was media outside the house.
