I would love love love to see Seth on the stand. Doubt it will happen. However, Seth has been sitting quietly for weeks. Perhaps he wants to finally tell his story.

Yesterday I thought he was going to shake himself right out of the chair, can't imagine him up on the stand trying to answer questions. But I wish he would, I want to hear his side of it, I think the jury needs to hear his side, but since most of what-all he told police early on has remained suppressed, I sort of doubt that'll happen.

Hmmmm, geev - I hadn't had that thought.... she's been percolating in her cell for a few days after being "called back" in time about it all. She's all comfy & cozy with her little sentence. Is she feeling magnanimous about the love of her life, still hoping to land in eden with him for years & years?

She might be as helpful to him as possible... would she be afraid to hang it all on herself, or has she some doubt about somehow being tried for murder in spite of it really not being possible -- other than a civil suit (if they do have wrongful death in NH and if the limit has not been reached)?

I would be reluctant to recall her -- she's a keg of dynamite, IMO.

Defendant's mommy is usually the last one up a bat, so it may end whith a whimper instead of a bang...
But I do see this defense case circling the drain more so than ever before... And about 90% of that feeling is the defense's case-in-chief.

I don't recall when she was finally let off the stand if the judge released her or if she was subject to recall, I tend to really doubt it, Barth is probably as satisfied with her as a witness as he's ever going to be. And she probably thinks she's up for an Academy Award and gave herself the best of both worlds, let Seth rot in prison if the jury believes her GJ testimony, reconnect with him and run a B&B in some far-flung land if they believe her statement to the defense, I doubt she thinks she did her immunity deal any harm (but I really wish Seth would get up there and trash it).

I expect a whimper ending as well. Closings ought to be energetic though.

funny...I saw an ad posted in a coffee shop for "tarot card readings" and sorry but every time I see a reference to tarot I will always think of Seth. And yes of course I know tarot card reading can be great fun and harmless but once in a while someone like Seth goes way too far.
