Montgomery was found GUILTY on all 5 counts: Second degree assault, second degree murder, Falsifying Physical Evidence, Abuse of a Corpse and Witness Tampering.

I’m pretty sure most juries could hate this guy into a guilty verdict. I’m just fired up he won’t have to be there. They better force him to attend sentencing.

Now that he can no longer gamble on the possibility of a not-guilty verdict, is there any possibility he could reveal the location of Harmony's remains in exchange for a reduced sentence? Is that a thing? Or is the potential for any kind of plea bargain over at this point?

State says they'll need a half day for sentencing. Judge says might need to be in May. Judge has a trial in April. Sentencing date will be set later.

I was speaking with #HarmonyMontgomery’s mother when we got word of a verdict. She says the trial has been tough to sit through and says a verdict does not mean her nightmare is over. She won’t rest until Harmony comes home.

He is already sentenced to decades in prison for the gun charges so can't be much motivation to talk.

Yeah, unfortunately I'm sure you're right about that. I think his hatred for others is stronger than anything, even his own self-preservation.
