Yes, he doesn't have to be in court for the verdict, but he has to be present at sentencing.
It's stupid they should of put him in a wheel chair and brought him in.he has to attend sentencing right ?

I'm all for rolling him in strapped to a dolly like Hannibal Lecter.

My understanding is that's very close to how it will be done if he refuses.

I’m pretty sure most juries could hate this guy into a guilty verdict. I’m just fired up he won’t have to be there. They better force him to attend sentencing.

I enjoy the picture, of something like "Hannibal Lector", strapped into a wheelchair with complete head guard.

I'm with you Mickey.

Now that he can no longer gamble on the possibility of a not-guilty verdict, is there any possibility he could reveal the location of Harmony's remains in exchange for a reduced sentence? Is that a thing? Or is the potential for any kind of plea bargain over at this point?

He is already sentenced to decades in prison for the gun charges so can't be much motivation to talk.

There is still the appeal process so I doubt he will reveal anything. I also am of the belief that he's a mean person and will never tell just to inflict pain on Harmony's mother.

Yeah, unfortunately I'm sure you're right about that. I think his hatred for others is stronger than anything, even his own self-preservation.
