The “coward of a man” 17-year-old driver accused of fatally striking two New Jersey teen girls on their e-bike was planning the attack for months, the girls’ grieving families said Wednesday night.

The loved ones of Maria Niotis and Isabella Salas insisted the deadly crash was far more depraved than a simple accident, and that the driver was targeting Maria specifically.

He went on live stream on Tuesday and was talking about how his family was being "threatened" and there is "more to the story." The police arrested him yesterday, charged him with 1st degree murder. His uncle is a police chief in NJ, and there are rumors his father is a cop.

A 17-year-old boy from Garwood — a small borough next door to Cranford — was arrested near the crash scene, and on Wednesday authorities said he was charged with two counts of first-degree murder.

He has not been named by the Union County Prosecutor’s Office.
