Circumstances of Discovery
The victim's partial remains were found by a fisherman on the beach near Central Pier in Atlantic City on December 19, 2006. Additional remains were found months prior on March 10, 2006 on the beach near the Atlantic City and Ventnor City border (NamUs #9706). DNA revealed an association between the two cases.

ETA: I read his thread here, and he even had relatives in Atlantic City and height matched this UID (!) So sad that he is still missing and this young man is still unidentified, though.
